Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all products, services, subscriptions, consulting work, whitelabel licensing, and hardware purchases made through AIOS Retail (“AIOS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our Services or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Software Subscriptions (SaaS)

AIOS Retail offers subscription-based access to our POS and SaaS platform.

1.1 Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future billing cycles but do not result in a refund for any previously charged periods.

1.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is available, billing begins only after the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.


2. Whitelabel Licensing Fees

Whitelabel fees are used to configure, brand, and deploy a customized version of the AIOS Retail platform.

Whitelabel fees are non-refundable, because licensing work often begins immediately upon payment.


3. Consulting, Integration & Onboarding Services

Consulting and integration services include:

  • Setup & onboarding

  • System configuration

  • API or SDK integration

  • Technical consulting

  • Platform buildout or customization

All consulting, integration, and onboarding fees are non-refundable once services have started, due to dedicated resource allocation.

If services have not yet started, AIOS may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


4. Hardware Purchases (If Applicable)

For hardware purchased through AIOS Retail (e.g., terminals, scanners, POS devices):

4.1 Eligibility for Return

Hardware may be eligible for return if:

  • It is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The device is not activated, configured, or installed

4.2 Non-Refundable Hardware

AIOS cannot accept returns on:

  • Activated or configured devices

  • Devices damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or special-order hardware

  • Payment terminals with injected encryption keys (non-returnable under PCI rules)

4.3 Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to eligible returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Invoices for Enterprise or Custom Work

Invoices issued for:

  • Custom development

  • Whitelabel deployments

  • Large-scale integrations

  • Multi-location licensing

  • Enterprise onboarding

are non-refundable, as these engagements require immediate resource allocation and project scheduling.


6. Refunds for Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days.
AIOS will investigate and issue a correction or refund when appropriate.


7. Payment Disputes

Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact our support team.
Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through:

Disputes filed without contacting AIOS may delay resolution.


8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if applicable), contact:

Include:

  • Business name

  • Invoice number

  • Description of the issue

  • Services or items in question

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.


9. AIOS Retail’s Right to Modify This Policy

AIOS Retail may update this Refund Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
